Eating in Rhythm is a one on one coaching program designed to help you rebuild hunger, satiety, sleep, energy and metabolic rhythm by working with your body, not against it.
This is not a diet.
The program is broken into 3 phases.
Phase 1: Reset hunger and build satiety
Weeks 1 to 4 are weekly sessions where we focus on the foundations. You will learn how to set your day with sunrise, build proper meals, understand true hunger, feel real satiety, and begin shifting your body into a steadier rhythm.
Phase 2: Making it work in real life
Weeks 5 to 8 move into fortnightly sessions where we take what you have learnt and make it practical. This is where we work on home, work, social life, busy days, and building habits that last even when life is not perfect.
Phase 3: In sync with your biology
Weeks 9 to 12 continue with fortnightly sessions and bring in the deeper circadian and quantum lens. We look at sunlight, darkness, sleep, movement, safety and how these signals shape hunger, digestion, fat loss and energy.
By the end of the program, you will have a simple and sustainable framework to keep going. One that helps you stop starting over, trust your body again, and make rhythm your new normal.
